Yes, every set is designed from scratch using your photos, not a template. Our designers capture each family member's exact features, hair, and any accessories they're wearing. If someone's wearing glasses, a favorite outfit, or holding something in the photo, it goes on the brick version too. No two sets are the same because no two families are. Customers are always shocked by the accuracy.

Of course! We offer a preview service for a fee of $7.99 that allows you to see and approve the brick set before it is finalized. This fee covers the individual attention and customization we provide, including taking photos and making unlimited revisions. If you choose not to opt for this package, we will proceed with creating and shipping the brick set without a preview to ensure you receive it as quickly as possible.

From order to doorstep is approximately 21 days. Here's the breakdown: our designer starts within 24 hours → design preview sent in 1–3 business days → production begins after your approval and takes 2–3 days → shipping takes around 2 weeks. We send tracking immediately, and if it doesn't show info it just means it's still in production, the moment it ships you'll see the shipping info so you always know where it is.

- Select Your Set: Choose the set of BrickPaws you'd like - whether it's a single figure or up to three BrickPaws.
- Repeat if Needed: Want to create more BrickPaws with different photos? Simply repeat the process with each new image.
Once you’ve uploaded your photo and selected your set, you're all set! Just add to cart, and we'll take care of the rest.
I don't have a photo with the whole family together. Can you still make the brick set?
Absolutely. Separate clear photos of each family member work just as well as one group photo. The clearer and better-lit each photo, the more detail we can capture, but our designers work with what you send and always make it look great. If you're unsure about your photos, upload them and we'll let you know.
Can I upload multiple photos?
Yes. Uploading 2–3 photos from different angles gives our designer the best reference to capture every marking and detail accurately. More reference photos always means a more accurate set. Just upload them all when you place your order.
